A flock of Bewick's swans fly across a soft late afternoon sky. Fog from earlier in the day has thinned to reveal the setting sun and the colours are reflected in the puddles left by a flood. The sun is giving an orange glow to the whole scene. This print is reproduced from a large 5x9 feet oil painting created at Sir Peter Scott's Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Slimbridge.
